LEAD Partnership Capacity Strengthening

Project Context

A multi-year initiative aimed at strengthening the institutional capacity of 12 local partner organizations across Uganda. The program focuses on building sustainable systems in governance, financial management, and monitoring & evaluation to enable these partners to deliver more effective programs in their communities.

SRC's Role

SRC serves as the lead technical partner providing corporate governance training, financial systems development, GESI integration, M&E framework design, and resource mobilization mentorship.

Key Achievements

• 12 partner organizations onboarded and baseline assessments completed
• Corporate governance frameworks developed for all partners
• Financial management systems standardized across the network
• GESI policies integrated into organizational strategies
• Over 60 staff trained in MEAL best practices
